📢 Terms of Employment & Code of Conduct

Welcome to Built Domain. To ensure a transparent and professional working environment, all employees are required to adhere to the following policies:

1. Probationary Period & Permanency

• The first 02 (two) months of employment will be considered a probationary period.

• Upon successful completion of this period, candidates will be officially selected for permanent positions based on their performance.

2. Restriction on Personal Domain Investment

• While under contract with Built Domain, employees are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of personal domain investment. This is considered a conflict of interest and is strictly illegal under company policy.

• Agreement to this clause is mandatory and must be signed in the formal contract before joining.

• If found guilty after an internal investigation, the employee will face temporary or permanent dismissal and legal action. Additionally, all personal domains must be surrendered to the company.

3. Prohibition of External Training & Coaching

• No employee is permitted to teach domain-related courses or open/associate with any coaching center while employed with Built Domain.

• Violation of this rule is a punishable offense, leading to immediate termination and financial penalties.

4. Performance Review & Promotion

• Employment contracts are subject to automatic renewal every 06 (six) months.

• Salary increments and promotions are strictly dependent on work performance evaluated during this period.

• Failure to meet performance standards may result in the non-renewal of the contract and potential dismissal.

5. Holidays & Benefits

• Weekly Holidays: Friday and Sunday.

• Festival Bonus: Two Eid bonuses per year.

📢 নিয়োগ নীতিমালা ও কর্মসংস্থান শর্তাবলী

Built Domain-এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম। আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠানের শৃঙ্খলা এবং কর্মপরিবেশ বজায় রাখার স্বার্থে সকল কর্মকর্তা ও কর্মচারীদের জন্য নিম্নোক্ত নীতিমালাসমূহ প্রযোজ্য হবে:

১. শিক্ষানবিশকাল ও স্থায়ীকরণ

• চাকুরীতে যোগদানের প্রথম ০২ (দুই) মাস শিক্ষানবিশকাল (Probationary Period) হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।

• শিক্ষানবিশকাল সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন করার পর কর্মদক্ষতার ভিত্তিতে আপনাকে স্থায়ী পদের জন্য নির্বাচিত করা হবে।

২. ব্যক্তিগত ডোমেইন ইনভেস্টমেন্ট সংক্রান্ত বিধিনিষেধ

• Built Domain-এর সাথে চুক্তিবদ্ধ থাকাকালীন কোনো কর্মকর্তা বা কর্মচারী ব্যক্তিগতভাবে ডোমেইন ইনভেস্টমেন্ট ব্যবসায় সম্পৃক্ত হতে পারবেন না। এটি প্রতিষ্ঠানের স্বার্থের পরিপন্থী এবং সম্পূর্ণ অবৈধ হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।

• চাকুরীতে জয়েন করার পূর্বে এই মর্মে সম্মতি প্রদান করে চুক্তিনামায় স্বাক্ষর করতে হবে।

• তদন্ত সাপেক্ষে যদি কেউ এই নিয়মের লঙ্ঘন করেন, তবে তাকে স্থায়ী বা সাময়িক বহিষ্কার সহ যথাযথ আইনি ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে এবং তার ব্যক্তিগত ডোমেইনসমূহ প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিকট হস্তান্তর করতে হবে।

৩. জ্ঞান শেয়ারিং ও কোচিং সংক্রান্ত নীতিমালা

• প্রতিষ্ঠানে কর্মরত থাকাকালীন কোনো ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের অধীনে ডোমেইন ইনভেস্টমেন্ট বিষয়ক প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান বা কোচিং সেন্টার পরিচালনা করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।

• এই নিয়ম অমান্য করা দণ্ডনীয় অপরাধ হিসেবে গণ্য হবে এবং এর ফলে চাকুরি থেকে স্থায়ী বহিষ্কার ও আর্থিক জরিমানা আরোপ করা হতে পারে।

৪. পারফরম্যান্স রিভিউ ও পদোন্নতি

• প্রতি ০৬ (ছয়) মাস অন্তর চাকুরীর মেয়াদ অটো-রিনিউ (Auto-renew) হবে।

• আপনার কাজের পারফরম্যান্সের ভিত্তিতে বেতন বৃদ্ধি এবং পদোন্নতি নির্ধারণ করা হবে।

• সন্তোষজনক পারফরম্যান্স প্রদর্শনে ব্যর্থ হলে চাকুরীর চুক্তি নবায়ন না-ও হতে পারে, যা চাকুরি থেকে অব্যাহতির কারণ হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।

৫. ছুটি ও সুবিধাসমূহ

• সাপ্তাহিক ছুটি: প্রতি সপ্তাহের শুক্রবার ও রবিবার অফিসিয়াল ছুটি থাকবে।

• বোনাস: বছরে দুটি ঈদ উপলক্ষে আকর্ষণীয় ঈদ বোনাস প্রদান করা হবে।
