বিল্ট ডোমেইন ওপিসির সাথে যাদের চাকুরী বয়স ৫ বছর পূর্ণ হয়েছে।  এবং যারা ঋণ পাওয়ার উপযুক্ত হয়েছেন, আপনাদের যদি ঋনের প্রয়োজন হয়,  তবে আবেদন করতে পারবেন। এতে আপনার আ্যাকাউন্ট এর  প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড থেকে আপনাকে লোনের ০% ইন্টারেস্ট সহকারে ৯, ১২, ২৪ ,৩৬, ৪৮, মাসে পর্যন্ত সময়ের ব্যবধানে লোন পরিশোধের সুযোগ থাকবে। 

শর্ত প্রযোগ্য: এই ঋণ শুধুমাত্র বাড়ি, গাড়ি ও ফ্ল্যাট এর জন্য বরাদ্দ।

Those who have completed 5 years of service with Built Domain OPC. And those who are eligible to get a loan, if you need a loan, you can apply. In this, you will have the opportunity to repay the loan from your account's provident fund with 0% interest on the loan in a period of 9, 12, 24, 36, 48 months. 

Conditions Applicable: This loan is allocated only for houses, cars and flats.

যোগ্যতা ও সুযোগ: বিল্ট ডোমেইন ওপিসি (Built Domain OPC)-তে যে সকল কর্মীর চাকুরিকাল টানা ৫ বছর পূর্ণ হয়েছে এবং যারা ঋণ পাওয়ার যোগ্য হিসেবে বিবেচিত হয়েছেন, তারা এখন থেকে ঋণের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

ঋণের বৈশিষ্ট্যসমূহ:

• সুদমুক্ত ঋণ: আপনার প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড থেকে সম্পূর্ণ ০% ইন্টারেস্টে লোন প্রদান করা হবে।

• পরিশোধের সময়সীমা: ৯, ১২, ২৪, ৩৬ এবং সর্বোচ্চ ৪৮ মাসের সহজ কিস্তিতে ঋণ পরিশোধের সুযোগ থাকবে।

• বিল্ট ক্রেডিট কার্ড: এই সুবিধার আওতায় আপনাকে ‘Built Credit Card’ নামক একটি কার্ড প্রদান করা হবে, যা একটি সাধারণ এটিএম (ATM) কার্ডের সমমান সুবিধা প্রদান করবে।

শর্তাবলী: এই ঋণ সুবিধাটি শুধুমাত্র বাড়ি নির্মাণ, গাড়ি ক্রয় অথবা ফ্ল্যাট ক্রয়ের জন্য বরাদ্দকৃত।

Eligibility & Opportunity: Employees who have successfully completed 5 years of continuous service with Built Domain OPC and meet the eligibility criteria are now invited to apply for the employee loan facility.

Loan Features:

• Interest-Free Loan: Loans will be disbursed from your Provident Fund with 0% interest.

• Flexible Repayment: Opportunities to repay the loan in easy installments over a period of 9, 12, 24, 36, or 48 months.

• Built Credit Card: Eligible employees will receive a ‘Built Credit Card’, which functions equivalently to a standard ATM card for seamless transactions.

Applicable Conditions: This loan is strictly allocated for specific purposes: Home Construction, Vehicle Purchase, or Apartment (Flat) Purchase.
