পুরস্কার ও লভ্যাংশ বণ্টন নীতিমালা (Reward Distribution Policy)

Built Domain তার দীর্ঘ ৯ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা এবং সাফল্যের ধারাবাহিকতায় বিনিয়োগকারীদের জন্য নিয়ে এসেছে স্বচ্ছ ও বৈপ্লবিক এক পুরস্কার পদ্ধতি। আমাদের ডোমেইন এবং ডিজিটাল রিয়েল এস্টেট ইনভেস্টমেন্ট থেকে অর্জিত মুনাফার একটি বড় অংশ আমরা লটারির মাধ্যমে বিজয়ীদের মাঝে বণ্টন করি।

১. ড্র-এর সময়কাল:

বছরে মোট দুইবার অত্যন্ত স্বচ্ছতার সাথে লটারি ড্র অনুষ্ঠিত হবে:

• অর্ধ-বার্ষিক ড্র: ৩০শে জুন।

• বার্ষিক ড্র: ৩১শে ডিসেম্বর।

২. বিজয়ী নির্বাচনের প্রক্রিয়া:

• প্রতিটি ডোমেইন ইকুইটি বন্ড এর  নম্বর এবং নাম থাকবে । প্রত্যেকের ডোমেইন ইকুইটি বন্ড নম্বর দিয়ে লটারির মাধ্যমে বিজয়ীদের নাম ঘোষণা করব এবং বার্তাটি বিজয়ীদের কাছে পৌঁছে  দেওয়া হবে। এবং আবশ্যিক সেটি ওয়েবসাইটে বিজয়ীদের ডোমেইন ইকুইটি বন্ড নম্বর ও নাম দেয়া থাকবে । ডোমেইন ইকুইটি বন্ড  প্রত্যেক বিজয়ীদের পুরস্কৃত অর্থ থেকে ৪০% গ্রাহক পাবে এবং ৬০% বিল্ট ডোমেইন ওপিসি পাবে| উদাহরণস্বরূপ: যদি ১ম পুরস্কার বিজয়ী ৫০ লক্ষ টাকা জিতে থাকেন, তবে: বিজয়ী সরাসরি পাবেন: ২০ লক্ষ টাকা (৪০%)। কোম্পানি তহবিলে থাকবে: ৩০ লক্ষ টাকা (৬০%)।  অত্যন্ত আনন্দের সাথে জানাচ্ছি যে, আমাদের ডোমেইন ইকুইটি বন্ড থেকে অর্জিত লভ্যাংশের ৬০%,  যার মধ্য থেকে ১৫% সরাসরি 'বিল্ট ডোমেইন ওয়েলফেয়ার ফাউন্ডেশন'-এ দান করা হয়।এই অর্থ বিভিন্ন মানব কল্যাণের জন্য ব্যবহার হয়ে থাকে ।  বিল্ট ডোমেইন ওপিসি  ব্যবসায়িক মানদণ্ড অনুযায়ী মোট অংশগ্রহণকারীর ১২ শতাংশকে (১২%) পুরস্কৃত করা হয় । অর্থাৎ প্রতি ১০০ জনের মধ্যে ১২ জন ।  
  
  ডোমেইন ইকুইটি বন্ডের ড্র কার্যক্রম ক্রমান্বয়ে  সর্বনিম্ন থেকে বিজয়ী ঘোষণা  হতে শুরু করা হবে। উদাহরণস্বরূপ এক্ষেত্রে প্রথমে দ্বাদশ (১২তম) স্থান থেকে বিজয়ীদের নাম ঘোষণা আরম্ভ হবে এবং পর্যায়ক্রমে একাদশ, দশম ও নবম স্থান হয়ে সর্বশেষ 'প্রথম স্থান' বা শীর্ষ বিজয়ী ঘোষণার মাধ্যমে ড্র কার্যক্রম সম্পন্ন করা হবে।"

৩. পুরস্কারের বণ্টন পদ্ধতি (৬০/৪০ ফর্মুলা):

বিজয়ীর প্রাপ্ত পুরস্কারের মোট অংকটি কোম্পানি এবং বিজয়ীর মধ্যে নিচের অনুপাতে বণ্টিত হবে:

• বিজয়ীর অংশ: ৪০% (এটি বিজয়ীর নিট প্রাপ্তি)।

• কোম্পানির অংশ: ৬০% (এই অর্থটি পুনরায় বিনিয়োগ এবং ফান্ডের সুরক্ষায় ব্যবহৃত হবে)।

উদাহরণস্বরূপ: যদি ১ম পুরস্কার বিজয়ী ৫০ লক্ষ টাকা জিতে থাকেন, তবে:

• বিজয়ী সরাসরি পাবেন: ২০ লক্ষ টাকা (৪০%)।

• কোম্পানি তহবিলে থাকবে: ৩০ লক্ষ টাকা (৬০%)।

ডোমেইন ইকুইটি, বন্ড এবং শেয়ার মার্কেটের জটিল গাণিতিক প্রেক্ষাপট ও পারফরম্যান্স মেট্রিক্সের ওপর ভিত্তি করে পুরস্কারের র‍্যাঙ্কিং নির্ধারণ করা একটি অত্যন্ত পেশাদার পদ্ধতি।

ডোমেইন ইকুইটি, বন্ড এবং শেয়ার ভ্যালুয়েশন: পুরস্কারের র‍্যাঙ্কিং নির্ধারণের একটি গাণিতিক দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি

একটি প্রতিষ্ঠানের আর্থিক সাফল্য বা প্রতিযোগিতামূলক কোনো ইনভেস্টমেন্ট চ্যালেঞ্জে বিজয়ীদের পুরস্কৃত করার প্রক্রিয়াটি কেবল উত্তেজনার বিষয় নয়, বরং এটি অত্যন্ত সূক্ষ্ম গাণিতিক বিশ্লেষণের ফসল। যখন আমরা ১২ জন বিজয়ীর জন্য পুরস্কারের তালিকা তৈরি করি, তখন ডোমেইন ইকুইটি (Domain Equity), বন্ড ইল্ড (Bond Yield) এবং শেয়ার পারফরম্যান্স (Share Performance)—এই তিনটি স্তম্ভকে ভিত্তি হিসেবে বিবেচনা করা হয়।

১. মূল্যায়নের প্রেক্ষাপট

পুরস্কারের র‍্যাঙ্কিং নির্ধারণে আমরা তথাকথিত 'ফ্ল্যাট ডিস্ট্রিবিউশন' এড়িয়ে চলি। এর পরিবর্তে আমরা 'রিলেটিভ ওয়েটেড স্কোরিং' (Relative Weighted Scoring) পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করি। এখানে তিনটি সূচক কাজ করে:

• ডোমেইন ইকুইটি: অংশগ্রহণকারীর নিজস্ব সেক্টরে প্রভাব বা ব্রান্ড ভ্যালু।

• বন্ড মেকানিজম: ঝুঁকি ও আয়ের স্থিতিশীলতা পরিমাপের জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়।

• শেয়ার হোল্ডিং ভ্যালু: বিনিয়োগের বিপরীতে রিটার্ন অন ইনভেস্টমেন্ট (ROI)।

২. গাণিতিক মডেল ও র‍্যাঙ্কিং

পুরস্কারের অংকগুলো একটি নির্দিষ্ট ডিক্রিজিং মার্জিন (Decreasing Margin) বা ক্রমহ্রাসমান হারে সাজানো হয়। আমাদের ১২ জনের এই মডেলে, প্রথম পুরস্কার ১৭.৫ লক্ষ টাকা থেকে শুরু করে ১২তম পুরস্কার ১ লক্ষ টাকা পর্যন্ত একটি ভারসাম্যপূর্ণ বিন্যাস তৈরি করা হয়েছে।

এই প্রক্রিয়ায় বিজয়ীদের তাদের অর্জিত 'ইকুইটি ভ্যালু' অনুযায়ী নিচের ছকে সাজানো হয়েছে:

A major portion of the profits earned from our domain and digital real estate investments is distributed among winners through a lottery draw.

1. Draw Timeline

To ensure maximum transparency, the lottery draw will be held twice a year:

• Half-Yearly Draw: June 30th.

• Annual Draw: December 31st.

2. Winner Selection Process

Every Domain Equity Bond is assigned a unique number and name. Winners will be selected via lottery using these bond numbers, and the announcement will be directly communicated to them. Additionally, the names and bond numbers of the winners will be mandatory listed on our official website.

From the total prize money allocated to each winner, the customer will receive 40%, while Built Domain OPC will retain 60%.

Example: If the 1st prize winner wins BDT 50,00,000 (50 Lakhs):

• Winner Receives Directly: BDT 20,00,000 (20 Lakhs / 40%)

• Company Fund Retains: BDT 30,00,000 (30 Lakhs / 60%)

We are also proud to share that out of the 60% retained by the company from the bond earnings, 15% is donated directly to the 'Built Domain Welfare Foundation'. This fund is dedicated to various humanitarian and social welfare activities.

According to Built Domain OPC’s business standards, 12% of the total participants will be rewarded. This means 12 out of every 100 participants will win.

The Domain Equity Bond draw will be announced in ascending order, starting from the lowest rank up to the highest. For example, the announcement will begin with the 12th place winner, moving sequentially through the 11th, 10th, and 9th places, finally concluding with the announcement of the 1st place or top winner.

3. Prize Distribution Method (60/40 Formula)

The total prize money won will be distributed between the company and the winner based on the following ratio:

• Winner's Share: 40% (This is the net amount received by the winner).

• Company's Share: 60% (This amount will be used for reinvestment and fund security).

Example Scenario:

If the 1st prize winner wins BDT 50,00,000 (50 Lakhs):

• Winner's Net Payout: BDT 20,00,000 (40%)

• Company Fund: BDT 30,00,000 (60%)
