১. ডিগ্রির সীমাবদ্ধতা ও বাস্তব জ্ঞান: মনে রেখো, শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান তোমাকে মাত্র ১% শিক্ষা দেয়। বাকি ৯৯% জ্ঞান ও যোগ্যতা তোমাকে অর্জন করতে হবে জীবনের বাস্তব যুদ্ধক্ষেত্রে। তোমার পথ যদি হয় সঠিক এবং আয় যদি হয় হালাল, তবে পূর্ণ আনন্দ ও সততার সাথে তোমার কাজ চালিয়ে যাও।

২. ইতিহাস বনাম উপহাস: সাফল্য তোমাকে ইতিহাস বানাবে, আর ব্যর্থতা তোমাকে করবে উপহাসের পাত্র। তাই বসে থেকে অনুশোচনার যন্ত্রণা ভোগ করার চেয়ে, পরিশ্রমের যন্ত্রণা সহ্য করা অনেক ভালো। তোমাকে বেছে নিতে হবে—তুমি কোন যন্ত্রণাটি গ্রহণ করবে? অলসতার অনুতপ্ততা নাকি সাফল্যের ক্লান্তি?

৩. বেঁচে থাকার আকুলতা ও লক্ষ্য: পানির নিচে দম বন্ধ হয়ে আসার সময় মানুষ যেমন শুধু অক্সিজেনের জন্য হাহাকার করে, সাফল্যের জন্য তোমার ক্ষুধাটাও তেমন তীব্র হতে হবে। সেটা বিসিএস ক্যাডার হওয়া হোক, প্রথম শ্রেণীর সরকারি চাকরি হোক, ফ্রিল্যান্সিং কিংবা ডোমেইন ইনভেস্টমেন্ট—তোমার লক্ষ্যকে হতে হবে তোমার অক্সিজেনের মতো অপরিহার্য। তবেই ইনশাআল্লাহ তুমি সফল হবে।

৪. সময় ও জীবনের মূল্য:

• অতীত: একটি নষ্ট কাগজ।

• বর্তমান: একটি সংবাদপত্র।

• ভবিষ্যৎ: একটি প্রশ্নপত্র। তাই খুব সতর্কতার সাথে বর্তমানকে পড়ো এবং লিখো। অন্যথায় তোমার জীবন একটি অবহেলিত টিস্যু পেপারে পরিণত হবে।

• Degrees vs. Reality: Your formal education provides only 1% of your potential. The remaining 99% must be earned through real-world experience and grit. As long as your path is righteous and your income is Halal, do your work with passion.
